Rates, windows, and payouts.

You get a unique partner link. Anyone who starts a subscription through it is credited to you. Commission is a percentage of gross subscription payments (monthly and yearly plans alike), for 12 months from each user's first paid invoice.

Commission rates
Base rate is 20% of every paid invoice. At 150 cumulative converted referrals your rate becomes 25%. At 500 it becomes 30%. Tiers only move up. When you tier up, the new rate applies to invoices going forward. Past earnings stay at the rate they were booked.
12-month earning window
For each referred user, the clock starts on their first paid invoice (not the free trial day). You earn on every subsequent invoice they pay inside that year, including renewals. After 12 months, that user no longer generates commission.
90-day attribution + 5-day trial
If someone clicks your link and converts within 90 days, the credit is yours. Creator links unlock a 5-day free trial of the full product. There is no public free trial.
How and when you are paid
We calculate commissions monthly. Each amount is held 30 days to clear refunds, then paid via Wise once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission.
What we track
Clicks, trials, converted referrals, and earnings on your private stats view after approval. Tracking is the same on every platform where you share the link.

The short version of what you agree to as a partner.

Commissions

Every partner starts at 20% of gross subscription payments (monthly and yearly alike). Your rate rises with cumulative converted referrals: 25% at 150, 30% at 500. Tiers only move upward. When you tier up, the new rate applies to invoices going forward. Commission accrues on each referred user's payments during the 12 months following their first paid invoice. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your balance, including under the 30-day guarantee.

Payouts

Balances are paid monthly via Wise once they reach $50. Smaller balances roll over. Each commission is held for 30 days after the invoice that earned it. You are responsible for your own taxes on payouts.

Fair play

Self-referrals, purchases on your own behalf, spam, misleading claims, paid ads to your partner link, and bidding on Simvora brand keywords are not allowed and void the related commissions. Sponsored placements must carry a clear disclosure as required by the FTC and your local rules.

Term

Either side can end the partnership at any time with written notice. Commissions earned up to the end date are paid out on the normal schedule. Simvora may update these terms for future referrals with notice to active partners. Already-referred users stay on the terms they were referred under.
